At Premonition Cellars, we are dedicated and committed to producing limited quantities of outstanding quality wine. These handcrafted wine were a personal project of the winemaker, from farming the small acre vineyard himself all the way to putting the finishing touches on the bottle.
Both the Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer were planted in 1974, making it one of the older vineyards on Olivet Road. This wine is a wonderful compliment to summertime and delicous with Thai and Asian inspired dishes.
