2011 Pinot Noir - Magnum 1.5L
Tasting notes
The brilliant, red color is simply captivating. Floral notes of red rose, raspberries, cranberry, sassafras and fennel jump out of the glass. With some air, deeper aromas of black cherry penetrate the alluring aromatic profile. The fennel and allspice give way to a mineral-like finish, which is complemented by subtle vanilla flavors. The juicy acids and tannin balance out to make for a long fruit-filled finish.
