Our Reserve Pinot Noir is drawn from a single, meticulously farmed site—Montgomery Vineyard—located along Olivet Road. Planted in the early 1990s, these mature vines naturally produce small, concentrated clusters that deliver remarkable depth and intensity of flavor.
In the cellar, we ferment with 30% whole clusters, a technique that adds layers of spice, lifted florals, and aromatic complexity. Following fermentation, only the free-run wine—the most elegant and refined expression—is selected for this Reserve bottling. This gentle extraction yields supple, polished tannins and a vibrant, juicy acidity that defines the wine’s balance and finesse.
The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak, allowing the vineyard’s character to shine while adding subtle structure and nuance. This is a Pinot Noir built for longevity, with the poise to drink beautifully now and the depth to reward several years of bottle aging.
