2013 Pinot Noir - Magnum 1.5L
Tasting notes
On the nose, notes of cranberry, black cherry, dried rose petals mix with toast oak aromas. The palate is full and round with red berry fruit blackberry, cherry, with notes of anise completing each sip, finishing with hints of vanilla bean and wood spices.
The excellent weight and balanced acidity gives a wonderful shape on the palate. This wine is tasting delicious now and will continue to age and develop even more secondary aromas and flavors over the next few years.

Harvest 2014
Continuing the string of great vintages, 2014 completes the trifecta of extremely high quality growing seasons. The 2014 vintages exhibit a great purity of place, with generous fruit and elegant textures. This growing season started out as one of the driest winters on record with only 40% of normal rainfall by mid-season. With the limited amounts of water and unseasonably warm conditions, it was another early bud break season; almost 10 days earlier than normal.
When rain in early April finally appeared, it helped replenish the soils moisture profile to re-invigorate the plants and boost growth. May brought flowering, as expected, and fruit set was bountiful overall for the third straight year. The harvest season was near perfect with warm temperatures, allowing for a leisurely picking schedule. 2014 was a wonderful growing season that yielded another fine set of wines, which can be enjoyed for years to come.
