Our Reserve Pinot Noir is a single vineyard I farm located on Olivet Road. I was told it was planted in the early 90's and produce's small tight clusters with incredible flavor! We produce this wine using 30% whole cluster fermentation which brings an element of spice and floral notes. After fermentation we only use the wine that freely drains out of the fermentation vats. This is the highest quality wine with supple round tannin and fresh juicy acidity. We then age the Pinot Noir for 16 months in French oak. This wine is age worthy and will benefit with a few years of bottle aging.
